职位职责
- 装配测试或上下件机器零部件工作
- 参与班前PID流程改进会议积极提出发现的问题和建议 服从主管的各项工作要求
- 严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生
- 积极参与发现生产过程中存在的各类问题和风险积极提交持续改进建议CI
- 按时完成公司要求的各项培训自主完成对工作有益的其他培训
- 主动学习CPS和Lean Production的知识并将相关知识应用到工作中
- 严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定避免质量缺陷的发生
- 积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施避免类似问题再次发生
- 严格按照计划实施生产努力提高工作效率
- 当因原材料设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或领班以便尽快恢复生产或安排其他生产任务
- 按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作
- 积极关注成本节约努力消除工作中的各项浪费
- 严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作
职位要求
- 正直良好的沟通能力强烈的责任心和团队精神
- 中专及以上学历 机械专业. 能读懂机械图纸 了解一般的技术要求 如公差配合等
- 拥有中级钳工操作证或数控中级操作证及以上者尤佳
- 具备良好的安全和质量意识 严格按规定和流程操作
- 具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念
- 具备简单日常英语阅读能力 了解简单的英语装配术语
- 具备简单的计算机操作能力
