Essential duties and responsibilities:
Searching for tenders independently and through an external tender search engine
Submitting and preparing tender documents
Identifying Baxter products and competitors in tender announcements
Entering bids into the BOOST application
Preparing the tender offer for the customer per the requirements of the SWZ
Asking questions for tender offers
Monitoring and coordinating the bidding process:
Entering correct bid statuses into the application
Sending bids to the client
Entering tender results and bids from competitors and distributors into the application
Entering current business terms with customers into the JDE operating system
Following the procedures of the customer service department/tender team
Collaborating with the business department and other functional teams
Creating tender reports
Qualifications:
Knowledge of public procurement law (knowledge of government procurement knowledge of public contracts)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level and Polish language proficiency
Communication skills
Discipline ability to manage own time
Independence in performing tasks and ability to work in a team
Determination to provide the highest quality services
Comprehensiveness in action
Accuracy and reliability
Education and/or experience:
Proven experience in a similar position
Preferred university degree - administration or law

At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise experience and other relevant factors all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentive.
