Job Summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Industry Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers for some of our largest most complex customers in Financial Services. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives.

The Account-Based Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of account-specific ABM programs working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven multi-channel campaigns events and executive programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires project management skills analytical capabilities and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Success Measures:
Pipeline influence and revenue contribution from ABM accounts
Account engagement metrics and program ROI
Sales team satisfaction scores
Program execution quality and timeliness
Process improvement and best practice contributions

Key job responsibilities
Experience working in and/or with the Financial Services Industry
Design and execute account-specific ABM campaigns (1:1 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
Analyze customer data buying signals and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
Create and implement multi-channel programs (events digital direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences
Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes documentation and best practices
Track and report on program performance using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
Manage program budgets effectively demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices

- 6 years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical dental vision prescription Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans EAP Mental Health Support Medical Advice Line Flexible Spending Accounts Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage) 401(k) matching paid time off and parental leave.
