Country Engagement and Control Expert
This Country Engagement and Control Expert position is based in the Philippines.
Your role & work environment
The purpose of the role of the FCP Retail Country Engagement and Control Expert is to establish governance within Global Retail FCP and maintain control over the FCP organization and activities in
Retail countries via the FCP leads. The expert works in a global team based in the Netherlands and Philippines and monitors the overall FCP Retail performance and drives improvement plans together
with Retail countries and ING hubs.
The role is also responsible for supporting the Control experts towards estab
lishing a strong RAS and performance per country. The expert needs to understand oversee and help drive regulatory changes issue solving etc. and link it to our way of working and processes and identify improvements.
Scope & Impact
The Expert is responsible for all activities in Retail FCP relating to (not exhaustive)
FCP Operational effectiveness efficiency and customer experience
Governance including process changes and delivery
KPI/KRI monitoring
Global Retail FCP community engagement and coordination
Support in regulatory global and local reviews
The expert is also responsible for supporting the FCP Retail global community and platform to ensure strong communication and understanding of Why What and How related to the above-mentioned topics. As an expert you will work closely together with FCP leads in Retail countries Hub leads and a broad
range of colleagues in the FCFP domain.
You functionally report to the FCP Retail Control lead within the global FCFP organization; and hierarchically to the Retail FCP Local COE Lead.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure monitoring of Digi60 OPS60 targets and DP across FCFP domain in Retail countries
Monitor progress of key initiatives and follow through on agreed actions
Support the control experts on the necessary regulatory global and local reviews
Act as the bridge amongst teams senior leaders to secure buy-in and enable adoption. Key
outcomes:
o Strong trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
o Effective sponsorship and advocacy for Retail initiatives.
Measurable adoption and sustained business value from BAU and changes.
Coordinate and set regular operational country calls
Prepare the community engagement initiatives and communications for Global Retail FCP
We are looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience in KYC or similar role
Proven track record in senior stakeholder management and communication.
Proven track record in planning and implementing changes.
Ability to display style flexibility and adapt plan approach and behavior to the different needs and situations
