The Software Engineer is responsible for researching designing developing and testing software for the companys test utilities. This role involves making high-level design decisions setting technical standards and ensuring long-term maintainability extensibility and testability of software solutions for Integras development testers and tools.

This role will be based in Haifa following our planned office relocation in 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead software development for Testers & Calibration systems. Both internally and by subcontractors
  • Gather and analyze requirements from system engineering or internal stakeholders.
  • Design software components based on requirements timelines and implementation constraints.
  • Develop software code following established guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure software quality and alignment with system needs (unit testing code reviews defect fixing etc).

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in Exact Sciences Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in roles such as Software Engineer.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in English both written and verbal
  • Proficient in ANSI C (C99) and C# C
  • Understanding of statistics signal processing and physics.
  • Experience with NI Developer Suite -an advantage
  • NI TestStand (versions TS3.5 and TS2019)
  • NI LabWindows CVI
  • Experience with MSSQL and/or other SQL servers - an advantage
  • Basic understanding of VBA- an advantage
  • Experience in creating OS images of Windows 7 and 10- an advantage
  • ADO and TFS An advantage
