Job Summary

Nursing leaders are encouraged to consider an available Community Services Nurse Liaison position with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

This is a consulting role which will support various public health quality improvement initiatives across the State of Delaware.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in mortality reviews
  • Coordinating consents for medical services and elective surgery
  • Reviewing community health policies and procedures
  • Conducting quality review audits
  • Healthcare data analysis and report writing
  • Making process improvement recommendations based on best practices
  • Participating in committee meetings
  • Developing and delivering presentations

This is a part-time position which will work as needed basis. Required work hours vary and can be somewhat but average approximately 10 hours per week.

You will primarily work remotely from your home office and occasionally be required to work onsite in-person at locations throughout Delaware.

This position offers a flexible schedule with occasional requirements for meeting attendance on established dates and times.

  • Experience supporting people with physical and developmental disabilities
