Summary
This position will be responsible for recording and maintaining accurate parts inventory in the warehouse VPC line and PIO locations using Excel spreadsheets and the VELES & AMOS systems. Responsible for scanning and placing the appropriate parts into the vehicles as they come into PIO.
Responsibilities
Primary
Accurately record daily parts inventory counts in the warehouse VPC line and PIO locations
Use Microsoft Excel to record the parts inventory counts on given spreadsheets to send to management and suppliers
Report parts shortages/issues to the Parts Supervisor for further evaluation
Use the VELES inventory system (parts receiving parts transfer and parts adjustment) to make proper entries in order to maintain inventory accuracy
Use the proper receiving process for inventory counts for incoming shipments into the VELES and Mobis AMOS systems
Assist in PIO cage when needed
Secondary
Brochure inventory maintenance
Maintain proper inventory levels of all printed brochures and other relevant paper goods including owner manuals
Notify the corresponding supplier for additional stock as needed
Tertiary
Other duties as assigned

Proficient PC skills - Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook database management systems (VELES AMOS)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Education & Experience
HS Diploma/G.E.D. Required
