How Youll Make an Impact
Foster a safe compliant and inclusive work environment grounded in strong HSE practices.
Lead coach and develop machining team members to achieve production goals.
Plan and schedule machining operations to meet quality delivery and output targets.
Monitor daily performance and adjust priorities to keep production on track.
Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining or tooling challenges.
Optimize CNC machining processes to improve throughput and reduce cost.
Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste.
Manage labor equipment tooling and materials for maximum efficiency.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field preferred; equivalent experience welcomed.
Experience leading teams in a machining or machine shop environment.
Strong knowledge of machining processes CNC operations and production workflows.
Background in CNC programming tooling and multiaxis machining optimization.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings machining specifications and GD&T.
Experience applying lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
