What does a successful Financial Billing Manager do at Fiserv

As a Billing Manager you will serve as a key financial partner supporting revenue billing activities for multiple business divisions. You will collaborate with Finance Accounting Shared Services and client-facing teams to ensure accurate timely and well-controlled billing. Your work will help Fiserv achieve its financial objectives support audits and enhance client satisfaction through precise execution and continuous process improvement.

What youll do:

• Participating in training activity provide guidance and review the work performed by the analysts to ensure revenue transactions are processed timely and accurately in accordance with policies.
• Own end-to-end billing activities including gathering information validating data creating client invoices and coordinating distribution to external and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze billing trends and variances identify issues and risks and communicate findings and recommendations to finance and business partners.
• Support month-end close activities by preparing and reviewing billing entries reconciliations and related schedules.
• Participate in annual audit and quarterly review requests by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Enhance efficiencies in billing workflows by leveraging financial systems tools and automation opportunities.
• Prepare quantitative analysis and provide qualitative business judgment to inform decisions for stakeholders across business units.

What you will need to have:

• 5 years of billing or revenue cycle experience
• Demonstratedproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) to analyze data and prepare management-ready outputs.
• Bachelors degree in business finance accounting management or a related field or equivalent combination of education related experience and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Proven communicator with a talent for building rapport and working seamlessly with crossfunctional teams
• Experience using SAP Oracle or other ERP system
• Ability to collect aggregate analyze and interpret data
• Experience with tools such as Alteryx Power Automate Power BI SQL Copilot

How youll work:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
