Assistant Controller US Region

The Role
As an Assistant Controller within our Finance team you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across the region. You will partner with senior leaders and global stakeholders to maintain strong financial controls support strategic planning and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

What Youll Do
- Maintain strong financial controls to ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Own monthly financial reporting including variance analysis and commentary across P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Lead month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit activities
- Partner with Global Finance Wipro Finance and cross-functional teams to support forecasting planning tax reporting and process improvements
What Were Looking For
- CPA required
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
- 8 years of experience in Accounting or Controllership roles ideally across both public and private environments
- Experience managing financial reporting processes under GAAP
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and functions

- Professional Services industry experience
- Experience working with SAP
- Experience supporting tax reporting requirements (Property Tax Sales & Use Tax Corporate Tax)
- Experience leading special projects or process improvement initiatives
