About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tech Recruiter with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills a good understanding of IT roles and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT/Technology roles.
Understand client requirements and draft clear attractive job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media references and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech candidates.
Negotiate salary and close positions within defined TAT.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Technology recruitment (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of IT roles such as Developers QA DevOps Data Engineers Cloud etc.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
