Job Summary
We are a prestigious luxury hotel committed to delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. We are currently seeking a polished and professional Guest Experience Host to join our Front of House team. This role combines hosting and reception duties ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless service from arrival to departure.
About the Role
As Guest Experience Host you will be the first point of contact for guests providing a professional welcome while supporting reception operations and overall front of house service. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment.

Skills & Experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Professional telephone manner and confident use of reservation systems.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required as well as shift patterns between the hours of 7am - 11pm.
