You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Fairmont Gold Attendant you provide personalized service that will make our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive!

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager your essential job functions include but are not limited to:

• Provide food and beverage service to the Fairmont Gold floors
• Set up and serving of breakfast/evening Hors Doeuvres in the Fairmont Gold lounge
• Washing dishes
• Delivery of individual coffee/fruit juice orders to Fairmont Gold guest rooms
• Controlling inventories and ordering pertinent supplies for use in Fairmont Gold
• Adhering to room warming procedures as detailed in Fairmont Gold Standards manual
• Other duties as

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling pushing pulling lifting.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
• AB Serving It Right Certificate required

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization documents.

Hourly Range: $20.06 - $21.06 CAD Gross per hour
