DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within a designated market or geographical region. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results ensure high-quality patient care and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree; Bachelors degree preferred

• Minimum of five years management experience leading and managing teams; managed care or multi-site Healthcare Operations management experience preferred

• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint & Outlook

• Experience with budget/PnL management relationship building and collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Preferred: RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions
