What Youll Do:

Diagnose troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces heat pumps A/C units etc.)
Perform routine maintenance system tune-ups and component replacements
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and recommendations
Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records
Follow all safety and company protocols while keeping a clean professional work environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on field experience in residential HVAC service
EPA Certification (preferred)
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong troubleshooting skills and a fix it right the first time mindset
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Self-motivated reliable and able to work independently
