Personal Banking Relationship Manager

What you do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow their wealth
- Provide expert advice on investment insurance and banking products tailoring solutions to meet individual needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand your customer base
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with market trends regulatory changes and product developments to maintain your expertise

Who you are
- A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in banking finance or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proven sales and relationship-building skills with a track record of achieving targets and growing customer relationships
- Strong product knowledge with the ability to provide expert advice on investment insurance and banking products
- Self-motivated proactive and results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
