Overview
PRELOADED is seeking a Producer with a track record of leading and delivering complex digital projects which could include XR experiences games and mobile addition to bringing 5 years of project management experience preferably from a product development or agency environment were looking for someone who is a brilliant communicator confident in working directly with clients unflappable in nature and who has great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day Management - Provide team direction and support in daily requirements and context to ensure we are able to flag risks and hit sprint goals
- Process Management - With the direction of the EP map PRELOADED practise to the project needs and support the development of a clear production roadmap setting out a sprint cadence client touchpoints and sprint goals to give context scaffolding to the team.
- Backlog planning and management - Support the EP in outlining the project backlog and work with the team to align on user stories and tasks that will deliver on the sprint goals.
- Finance Management - Manage the ongoing budgets and invoicing across all project phases ensuring team time is reflective of their planned workload. Work with EP/Head of Production to highlight any scope changes from the client and support the realignment and/or change orders required.
- Communication and presentation - Build client relationships by providing clear and timely communication to stakeholders navigating project updates feedback Q&As and actions/outputs from any alignment workshops. Run workshops and client presentations drawing on input from the senior internal teams.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Producer in a Creative / Technical production environment.
- Proven experience delivering XR based projects of complex multi-faceted technical nature.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is receptive to critical feedback.
- Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills capable of clearly articulating requirements.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing proof of concept or R&D phases where requirements are fluid and technical feasibility is being tested.
- Experience delivering location-based experiences or physical installations including on-site setup logistics.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for creating inclusive digital experiences across both web and immersive platforms
- Experience using Jira Confluence or similar tools to manage complex technical backlogs.
