Were looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join our HR & Development team in Edinburgh or this pivotal role youll support our Business Services functions helping leaders achieve their strategic goals through effective people plans strong employee engagement and best-practice HR delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor youll balance commercial objectives culture and risk ensuring our HR practices reflect both legal sector requirements and modern people management standards.
