Are you an experienced Order-to-Cash professional fluent in German
Join a leading global provider of diabetes medical technology and play a key role in ensuring patients and healthcare professionals receive life-changing medical devices accurately and on time.

Your Mission

As a Senior O2C Specialist you will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle acting as the primary contact for German-speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical-device environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end O2C process
Process validate and monitor customer orders with high accuracy
Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams
Handle billing invoicing & payment-related inquiries
Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies
Support German-speaking patients clinics & healthcare professionals
Collaborate with supply chain finance & customer service teams
Ensure compliance with medical device regulations KPIs & SLAs

What Were Looking For

Fluent German (C1)
Experience in Order-to-Cash Finance Supply Chain Logistics or Customer Service
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Porto
EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse / Eligible visa status

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 1500 gross/month (14 salaries/year)
Meal Allowance: 300 (current policy)
From 01/01/2026: 7.63 net per working day
3000 Welcome Bonus (subject to company policy)
Permanent contract with 90-day trial period
Health insurance from Day 1

Relocation Package (If moving to Portugal)

Studio in company-shared accommodation from Day 1
280/month (deducted from payslip)
Up to 12 months duration
