Role Overview
We are hiring a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team on-site in Latvia.
You will support travelers with booking management travel changes and service inquiries while ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries

Manage changes cancellations and general travel support requests

Provide accurate information and maintain high service standards

Record all interactions in internal systems

Work collaboratively with internal departments

Meet quality and performance targets
Requirements

Native or C1/C2 level Danish

B2 English proficiency

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a structured office environment

Flexibility for rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

If relocating from abroad must confirm independent relocation
