The Position
We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced global environment. This role supports OPSWATs APJ and META Sales Teams and acts as a first point of contact for day-to-day sales operations requests.
You will work closely with Sales Finance IT and other internal teams to help keep our sales processes running smoothly. This position requires strong English communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.
What You Will be Doing
- Respond to basic sales operations questions and requests from Sales teams in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with customer and partner quoting including preparing draft quotes applying standard discounts and validating payment terms
- Help maintain CRM data accuracy ensuring Opportunities Accounts and related records are up to date
- Support account ownership updates account hierarchies and territory assignments
- Create and update customer and partner accounts in the CRM
- Assist with order processing and deal booking coordinating with Sales and Finance to ensure required information is complete
- Support ad-hoc reporting for basic pipeline and booking analysis and campaigns
- Work collaboratively with global teams and support requests across different time zones when needed

- Organized detail-oriented and eager to learn new systems and processes
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive curious and willing to ask questions to improve processes
- Calm reliable and professional under pressure
It Would be Nice if You Had:
- Exposure to Sales Operations Revenue Operations or Sales Support roles
- Basic experience with CRM tools (Salesforce CPQ SugarCRM or similar)
- Familiarity with quoting order processing or sales administration
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology company
- Understanding of basic sales concepts (pipeline opportunities bookings)
- Experience collaborating with international teams or customers
