Our client a global technology consulting company with over 84000 employees across 40 countries is seeking talented professionals to join their European operations supporting major digital transformation programmes in the banking and financial services sector.
Job Summary
- Act as the liaison between the customer community internal and external customers and the software development team ensuring effective communication and requirements flow
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with various stakeholders to gather analyze and clearly understand business needs
- Elicit analyze and document requirements using a variety of techniques including document analysis requirements workshops business process descriptions use cases scenarios and workflow analysis
- Develop and maintain functional and nonfunctional requirements specifications in accordance with established standards and templates using clear and structured language
- Conduct business processes analysis including review and mapping of both AsIs ToBe and prepare specific proposals for system enhancements modifications or replacements
- Translate business needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements for the IT organization and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in the review of technical documentation and other project deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Understand software development lifecycle
- Provide regular progress updates to the BA Manager or Lead BA
- Plan and manage work effectively to meet deadlines
- Collaborate closely with technical teams business representatives project managers and test analysts to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
- A minimum of 46 years of relevant handson experience in Business Analysis within the Banking industry
- Bachelors Degree a Masters Degree will be considered an advantage on any of the following subjects Computer science/information technology information management systems business information systems electrical/electronic engineering mathematics or science
- Solid knowledge of the Card Payments Industry Issuing Authorization flows clearing settlement 3DSecure (3DS) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) Tokenization Fraud Management Dispute/chargeback Management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior leadership vendors or external customers to facilitate a common understanding of requirements using strong verbal communication techniques Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to achieve alignment and consensus when required
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team environment while enhancing a positive atmosphere
