PART TIME 20 HOURS A WEEK

The Medical Social Worker for our Service Line service line make a meaningful impact caring for patients wherever it is they call home. What is Required
- Masters degree or Doctoral degree in social work from a social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
- Current state license as a Social Worker
- 1 year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
- Social work skills as defined as generally social work standards
- 50% travel required
- Valid drivers license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks
You will report to the Clinical Team Manager.
