Description of Work
Cherry Hospital seeks a dynamic leader to direct all therapeutic programming and activity services. This role provides executive leadership of multidisciplinary teams to advance person-centered care active treatment services and recovery-oriented practices across the hospital. Works closely with the Clinical Director and Executive Leadership Team to ensure quality regulatory compliance and effective program design.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
Salary Range: $70478 - $123336

Minimum Education and Experience

Masters degree in a disciple specific to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of experience in the area of assignment including two years in a supervisory or consultative capacity.
