The Opportunity

Step into a leadership role that shapes the future of advanced manufacturing at Hitachi Energy. As our Production Manager for Bushing Assembly youll guide a high-performing team that delivers essential components supporting global energy systems. This is your chance to influence operations at a meaningful scaleoptimizing processes elevating safety and empowering people to do their best work.

In this role youll champion continuous improvement while driving performance across quality productivity and delivery. Youll collaborate with supply chain engineering and leadership teams to keep production running efficiently and sustainably.

How youll make an impact

  • Lead safe compliant production operations and foster a proactive safety culture.

  • Develop capacity plans aligned with business strategy and longterm roadmaps.

  • Manage daily production activities and adjust schedules to meet customer needs.

  • Monitor KPIs identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Oversee production budgets and ensure costs stay within targets.

  • Allocate materials equipment and labor to maximize productivity.

  • Collaborate with supply chain to maintain inventory and support material flow.

  • Drive process improvements and waste reduction using lean methodologies.

Your background

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.

  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes quality standards and lean principles.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and build a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Skilled in interpreting operational data KPIs and financial metrics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and levels.
