Job Summary
We are looking for a Remote Planning Coordinator to support clients with researching destinations coordinating travel details and managing reservations from start to finish. This fully remote position focuses on delivering exceptional client service while organizing itineraries handling bookings and ensuring a seamless planning experience.
What Youll Do:
- Assist clients with planning and coordination based on their needs
- Research options and provide recommendations
- Manage scheduling confirmations and client communications
- Deliver exceptional customer support throughout the process
