Design and implement robust quality standards controls and inspection procedures.
Lead improvements in First Pass Yield and in-process quality performance.
Analyze KPI and warranty data to drive corrective actions and reduce claims.
Partner with suppliers to resolve nonconformances and elevate supplier performance.
Champion the Quality Management System and serve as quality liaison for key customers.
Support product testing compliance initiatives and calibration programs.
Lead cross-functional root cause and problem-solving initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or related Engineering field.
5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven success with Lean Six Sigma or structured continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
ASQ certification preferred.
