What you will do
Be a partner with managers and provide HR solutions to achieve business targets
Drive impactful and strategic people-related change while developing programs across your responsibility area (resourcing & recruitment talent development leadership and competence development engagement organizational development performance change management compensation & benefits)
Provide expertise in employee relations labour law
Ensure that line management is up-to-date and informed about UPM HR processes and policies
Support the local organization through best collaboration and change management practices
Be a trusted member of HR Management team and build strong connections with the different stakeholders within matrix environment
Who you are
You have a bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
You are an HR professional with at least five years experience
You have experience in manufacturing environment (preferred)
You have a self-driven proactive and result-orientated way of working and strong project management skills
You have excellent communication skills
You are a strong team player - experience in working within international companies is an asset
You are organized flexible and can adapt to changing condition
