We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team. About This Role:
As a Personal Care Assistant with our team youll work directly with clients to help them navigate their daily routines with confidence and comfort. Your role goes beyond basic care youll become a trusted companion who helps maintain quality of life while respecting each persons unique needs and preferences. What Youll Do:

Assist clients with personal hygiene bathing grooming and dressing
Support mobility and transfers ensuring safety at all times
Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
Follow individualized care plans and adapt to changing needs

What Were Looking For:
The ideal candidate brings both professional expertise and genuine caring to this role. You must hold current PCA (Personal Care Assistant) certification or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and have hands-on experience providing personal care services. We value candidates who demonstrate patience reliability and strong communication skills. Please note that CNA is not require but applicants must have a valid and current PCA certification.

Required Qualifications:

Valid PCA certification (must be current)
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal care or related field
Strong understanding of personal care techniques and safety protocols
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Background check and drug screening required
