Hours:
40 Hours (Full Time)
Day Shift: Tuesday- Friday- 10:30am-7pm Saturday -8:30am-5pm
Position Summary:
- The Dispatcherisresponsible for performing all tasks relative to specific position in a timely manner & meeting or exceeding supervisors communicated expectations.
- Coordinates/stages delivery schedule of all products.
- Assists in warehouse duties as required. Ensure completion of logs & tickets.
- Troubleshoots day to day delivery issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma; community college or other degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience as a dispatcher or driver within the demographic areas of service preferred.
- Geographic Familiarity of Maryland - DC - Northern Virginia area Understanding of medical terminology.
- State OSHA JCAHO regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology & basic customer service principles.
- Computer literacy / MS Office Suite.
- DME & IV product knowledge.

Salary Range: Minimum 15.86/hour - Maximum 26.23/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
