Job Summary
- Respond quickly to incoming job leads
- Educate customers on services pricing and availability
- Schedule estimates and projects
- Follow up with past customers and open leads
- Coordinate daily schedules for multiple craftsmen
- Order materials and provide logistical support
- Utilize dispatching and scheduling software
- Perform light administrative and filing duties
- 2 years in customer service inside sales dispatch or office coordination
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM/scheduling software
- Home services or construction experience is a plus
- Competitive pay ranging from $14- $15 per hour depending on experience
