ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across static and motion formats. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating high-quality JPG creatives and MP4 videos and thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment. This role requires someone who can think creatively on their feet quickly understand and assimilate briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design high-impact static creatives (JPG) for digital social performance marketing and website use.
- Create engaging video content (MP4) for ads reels product showcases and brand storytelling.
- Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with marketing content and performance teams to ensure visual consistency.
- Maintain brand guidelines while experimenting with fresh creative approaches.
- Deliver creatives within tight timelines without compromising on quality.
- Optimize creatives based on platform requirements (Meta Google YouTube etc.).
MUST HAVE SKILL:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Strong understanding of layout typography color theory and composition.
- Ability to create both static and motion creatives independently.
- Quick turnaround capability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to understand interpret and execute briefs effectively.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics is a strong plus).
- Basic animation and motion design skills. Understanding of performance marketing creative formats.
- Experience with brand storytelling and content-led campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media trends and short-form video formats.
