As a Security Officer - Perimeter Patrol in Luckey OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail distribution location you will monitor and patrol key areas conduct routine rounds and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control respond to concerns and communicate clearly with team members and site contacts. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a retail distribution and warehouse location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including receiving and relaying radio communications and escalating concerns per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas dock doors yard and perimeter noting unusual activity and reporting concerns to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.
• Support access control and visitor management by monitoring entrances checking identification when required maintaining sign-in logs and directing drivers vendors and associates according to site procedures.
• Complete written and electronic reports including shift activity logs and incident documentation and communicate observations that may help to deter theft damage and/or unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
