Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Create and execute test cases to identify software defects and performance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and improve processes
- Document and track quality metrics to measure performance and efficiency
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices
- Participate in software release activities to validate and verify product quality
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance preferably in a healthcare or software development environment
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance
- Experience with automated testing tools and continuous integration processes
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $63000 - $95000 per year
