Job Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Fullbay a leading provider of cloud-based shop management software for heavy-duty repair shops. As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Perform testing on software applications to identify defects and ensure they are resolved
- Create and execute test cases scripts and plans
- Collaborate with software developers to improve product quality
- Conduct regular quality assessments and reviews
- Document and report bugs and issues
- Provide feedback to the development team to improve overall product quality
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and quality assurance trends
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in software quality assurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Desired Experience:
- Experience in testing web-based and mobile applications
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Certifications in quality assurance or testing (e.g. ISTQB) a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $60000
- Maximum Salary: $96000
