Job Description: Customer Service Representative at Jepsen Electric Inc

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Receive and process customer orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service role
  • Knowledge of electrical industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $40000 - $60000 per year
  • Currency: USD
