What You WillGetToDo:
- Lead the design development testing and deployment of scalable high-performance software applications using industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers business analysts and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Write clean efficient and well-documented code adhering to established coding standards and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical vision and roadmap for various software components.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends evaluating and recommending new tools and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes tools and methodologies.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in software development with a strong emphasis on building enterprise-level applications.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java C# Python or JavaScript ( understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile Scrum).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server Oracle PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with financial technology (FinTech) or large-scale data processing systems is a plus.
