- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Create and post job descriptions promote the companys brand and ensure that the organization is presented attractively to potential candidates.
- Source candidates through databases networking and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Manage applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- 2 years proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An initiative-taking people-focused mindset.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
