This role is part of a service delivery team for Group reporting & Entitys Statutory Reporting (LSR) a sub-process of Reporting & Analysis (R&A) for LNG & Shipping business in Finance Operations.
Whats the role:
1. The primary role of OE Analyst is to ensure all accounting and reporting activities are performed in an effective controlled efficient manner. The candidate is primarily responsible for financial accounting and reporting as well as providing overall oversight to ensure compliance with Group Reporting guidelines (GFRM) and IFRS.
2. The incumbent is expected to contribute to R&A aspiration agenda for the following:

3. Focus on continuous improvement opportunities in the process and identify actions to reduce complexity promote best practice and improve process efficiency.
4. Ensure controls are operating 100% effectively
5. Work collaboratively with various connected teams (Group reporting Feeder processes MI Tax Treasury Finance in Business External auditors etc.) to ensure timely and accurate group/statutory submissions
6. Demonstrate learner mindset share learnings and mistakes to avoid recurrence
What you bring:
1. Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounting / Finance 0-2 Years of experience in accounting.
2. Open for Chartered Accountants CMAs & Cost Accountants
2. Experience in Group Reporting activities and knowledge of Trading companies will be an added advantage.
3. Strong accounting knowledge to work through issues and assess the strength of the internal control framework
