As Raw Material Production Manager in our Stockholm office you ensure smooth and timely raw material production that supports our global collections. With a structured mindset and strong supplier management skills you secure material availability uphold quality and contribute to sustainability while supporting teams across development and production.
This is a temporary position starting mid April 2026 to mid March 2027.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Raw Material Production Manager your main contribution will be to manage production planning raw material procurement and supplier negotiations to ensure timely and highquality material deliveries. You will support sustainability initiatives and collaborate closely with Quality and Production teams. You will report to the Senior Raw Material Manager by:
- Managing global production planning and securing ontime delivery for bulk materials
- Managing scarf production and ensuring highquality deliveries according to drop schedules
- Leading supplier negotiations and overseeing seasonal and annual production calendars
- Ensuring materials meet technical and quality requirements from development to sampling
- Monitoring raw material risks supporting prebooking analysis and evaluating leadtime constraints
- Supporting sustainability initiatives leftover material strategy and warehousing solutions
- Aligning closely with Production and Quality teams on testing delivery timelines and supplier performance

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Solid understanding of quality and production processes
- Experience with PLM systems is a plus
- Strong costing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
