Residential Home Supervisor

Join ChildServe as a Group Home Supervisor. As a Group Homes Supervisor. At ChildServe youll take the lead in managing the day-to-day operations of one of our 24-hour group homes ensuring it runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of care. Youll oversee staffing from hiring and training to performance management while also maintaining compliance with state regulations and managing the homes addition to occasional direct care youll collaborate closely with families and professionals to coordinate individualized care plans that help children and young adults thrive. This role also offers growth potential with the opportunity to advance into a Group Homes Lead Supervisor position.

Schedule: Standard business hours Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings and weekends. 24/7 accountability; therefore flexible schedule as operational and medical needs present.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Oversee team and home operations by hiring training and coaching staff; ensuring proper supervision and care standards; managing budgets; supporting staff development; and maintaining a safe clean and well-equipped environment.
• Advocate for and support residents by serving as their primary contact partnering with families leading care planning through IPP meetings and ensuring quality through regular reviews and documentation.
• Ensure program compliance and effectiveness by coordinating with regulatory agencies developing individualized care programs supporting staff training and managing educational partnerships and reporting.

What Youll Need:

• Bachelors degree in a human services field at least one year of ICF/DD and supervisory experience QIDP eligibility
• Strong English communication skills
• Valid drivers status with ChildServe
• Preferred certifications include CMA Medication Manager or CNA
