Workingwithinacell-drivensetupyouwillprogramsetandrun5-axisCNCmillingmachinessupportingqualityaccuracyandon-timedeliveryacrossregulatedsectorwork.
Theworkshopoperatesmodernpalletisedandrobotic-loaded5-axismachinesincludingBrotherMatsuuraandDMG.

- Programsetandoperate5-axisCNCmillingmachines
- Preparetoolingfixturesworkholdingprobesandoffsets
- Loadandverifyprogramsandsetupsheets
- Carryoutfirst-offandin-processinspection
- Optimisetoolpathsfeedsspeedsandmachiningstrategies
- Monitortoolwearandsurfacefinish
- WorktoengineeringdrawingsandGD&T
- Maintainproductionandqualitydocumentation
- Worksafelyandtoprocess

- ExperiencedCNC Miller with ideally 5-axis machining background 3 axis experience will also be considered if previously worked in a similar environment
- 3 axis can may be considered with strong experience in a precision background
- ConfidentusingCAMsoftwareoreditingprogramsatmachinelevel
- Comfortablemachiningstainlesssteelaluminiumtitaniumandengineeringalloys
