What Youll Be Doing:
Business Development Leadership
Drive new revenue growth for the Technology Services Group
Leverage your executive-level network to originate and convert qualified business opportunities
Identify qualify and advance new logos and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Partner closely with Account Stewards and senior leadership to define and execute coordinated go-to-market strategies
Lead business development campaigns opportunity shaping proposal development pricing strategy and commercial structuring
Own or materially contribute to revenue targets aligned with practice growth objectives
Engagement Scoping & Executive Delivery Oversight
Lead or oversee engagement scoping solution design team structuring estimation and commercial modeling
Ensure engagements are structured for delivery excellence profitability and risk mitigation
Provide executive-level oversight across active engagements to monitor quality margin performance governance and client satisfaction
Serve as executive sponsor and escalation point on complex programs
Guide teams on delivery methodology governance and digital modernization best practices
Practice Management & Leadership
Support resource planning and utilization management
Manage and optimize engagement margin performance
Participate in recruiting and hiring top talent
Provide day-to-day direction coaching and mentoring project teams. You will also be responsible for career management professional development and supporting employees through Optimus SBRs Career Development Program (CDP)
Contribute to the development of new service offerings and market-relevant capabilities
Identify emerging client needs and translate them into scalable offerings or accelerators
Drive thought leadership internally and externally
Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR
Qualifications:
Required Experience
10 years of progressive experience in technology consulting and advisory
Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
Proven ability to leverage a personal executive network to originate opportunities
Experience partnering with senior leadership and account leaders on growth strategies
Experience leading or overseeing complex enterprise technology programs
Experience managing teams within consulting or technology delivery environments
