Analyse de cas dossier pratiques et rédaction dactes touchant principalement les domaines suivants : testaments; donation à cause de mort; assurance de personnes; substitution et fiducie testamentaire; jugement déclaratif de décès; règlement des successions; conséquences fiscales; devoirs pouvoirs et responsabilité du liquidateur; administration du bien dautrui; gestion fiduciaire; planification successorale; droit international privé et droit comparé (testament étranger biens situés à létranger etc.). Lévaluation des étudiants au cours du semestre se fait par des cas pratiques ou travaux pratiques.
