Position Overview
Seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students during the academic year. This is an in-person role providing therapy services within a school district setting. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple campuses if needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers special education staff and parents
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
Support fine motor sensory integration self-care and classroom participation skills
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Float between school sites if assigned
Requirements
Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently across multiple school sites if required
