The Role

WebTMA Management:

Input update and maintain accurate and timely information in the WebTMA work order system.

Data Management:

Collect organize and input data into Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets for analysis and reporting purposes.
Generate reports from data sources to provide insights into departmental performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with Sr Manager Facility Operations to ensure alignment with departmental goals and priorities.
Collaborate with team members to enhance data accuracy and streamline processes.

Cross-Functional Support:

Participate in projects and initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.

Who You Are

Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
High energy level and strong work ethic with strong can-do demeanor
This position is designated as on-site and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the position.

What We Offer

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $18.00.
