Job Summary

Job Overview:

This role sits within the Finance team and involves execution of digital transformation AI and M&A integration support initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Support strategy analysis and roadmap of solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to identify scope and deliver AI and automation proofofconcepts focused on practical use cases for the Finance organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide support for digital projects.
Contribute ideas and insights aimed at driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Help develop documentation to facilitate the adoption of new digital solutions.
Assist worldwide Finance and business teams with completion of tasks as needed.

What Were Looking For:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Computer Science Engineering Finance Business or a related quantitative field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to break down problems and help translate business needs into practical solutions or prototypes.
Interest in applied AI with some handson experience building or experimenting with AI agents or AIenabled automations/workflows.
Exposure to process documentation and data analysis with attention to detail and the ability to align inputs and support decisionmaking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and willingness to learn new software applications.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Finance and crossfunctional teams.
Curious proactive and eager to learn in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Able to commit to a minimum 12week internship (MayAugust) and relocate to the Bay Area California for the duration of the program.
