Job Overview:
This role sits within the Finance team and involves execution of digital transformation AI and M&A integration support initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support strategy analysis and roadmap of solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify scope and deliver AI and automation proofofconcepts focused on practical use cases for the Finance organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide support for digital projects.
- Contribute ideas and insights aimed at driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Help develop documentation to facilitate the adoption of new digital solutions.
- Assist worldwide Finance and business teams with completion of tasks as needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Computer Science Engineering Finance Business or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to break down problems and help translate business needs into practical solutions or prototypes.
- Interest in applied AI with some handson experience building or experimenting with AI agents or AIenabled automations/workflows.
- Exposure to process documentation and data analysis with attention to detail and the ability to align inputs and support decisionmaking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Finance and crossfunctional teams.
- Curious proactive and eager to learn in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Able to commit to a minimum 12week internship (MayAugust) and relocate to the Bay Area California for the duration of the program.
