Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technical Order style and access to classified information; active security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain security clearance. Contribute on a multifunctional project team responsible for development of the Project Plan in Implementation direction peer review and guidance to less experienced team members. Collaborate with government on MIPR Funding training guidance and direction as needed or required to complete program manager for all efforts delivering accurate and on time meet program and quality objectives for all technical data duties as and Experience:Associates/Technical Degree of 3 years experience in TO management or TO related career with DoD in a Military civilian or contract position supporting DoD Skills and Competencies:Working knowledge of military industry standards for product delivery why and how Air Force TOs are inter-related and how a TCTO may affect several different sustainment experience including experience as Air Force Technical Order Manager knowledge of all technical data and other guidance documents which govern the preparation of all types of Air Force Technical orders to include technical manual contract requirements (TMCR) and digital requirements documents. Complete knowledge of technical order manager responsibilities is essential to include knowledge of applicable processes regulations and TO management systems such as LCMP Remis G081 ETIMS et al. Knowledge of technical data requisition is have experience requiring the use of military technical orders including sustainment support of technical of excellent TO/TCTO formatting knowledge briefing and facilitation a self-starter with strong leadership skills. Extensive work experience with publishing or graphics software used on this project and a publishing standard/process. Demonstrated skill in negotiation building consensus and achieving Technical Leadership Skills. Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of the attendance.
