PARTS COORDINATOR FULL TIME

Diehl Collision of South Hills is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to join our growing collision repair team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of accuracy and efficiency in the repair process we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Order and receive parts for collision repairs
Verify parts accuracy and inspect for damage
Coordinate with estimators and technicians to ensure timely repairs
Track backorders and follow up with vendors
Manage returns and core credits
Maintain organized parts storage and inventory
Work closely with insurance partners when needed
Qualifications:
Automotive or collision parts experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy shop
Computer proficiency
Team-oriented mindset
Attention to detail is a must
