Role Overview
Were seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with a passion for Family Law. Youll work closely with senior attorneys handle active cases and provide legal counsel while continuing to grow and develop professionally.
Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents: contracts pleadings motions briefs affidavits settlements and orders
- Conduct legal research and attend hearings and other proceedings
- Advise clients analyze conflicts and negotiate resolutions
- Collaborate with attorneys paralegals and staff for efficient case handling
- Maintain well-organized client files and case information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Texas law license
- Strong communication interviewing research and writing skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional motivated team oriented and compassionate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and document management systems
